Production Time
Every teddy is handcrafted to order. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Complex or large designs may require additional time we will always keep you informed.

We ship via reputable couriers throughout South Africa. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number on the courier's website to follow your parcel's journey in real time.
Packaging
All teddies are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective materials to prevent any damage during transit. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Galore De Teddies is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
