We accept most common image formats (JPG, PNG, SVG). For best results, please provide clear, high-resolution images. Simple drawings with distinct lines and colours tend to translate best into crochet.

We use high-quality, soft velvet yarns, ensuring your teddy is safe, durable, and wonderfully cuddly. 

Production times vary depending on the complexity of your design and our current workload, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days. Shipping times depend on your location, with estimates provided at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to make changes. Modifications may be possible if production has not yet begun, but cannot be guaranteed for custom orders once work has started.

Yes, we offer a range of sizes. Please check the product or customisation options for available teddy sizes.

No, we don't ship worldwide at the moment but stay tuned for updates on when we do. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over R550 qualify for free shipping within South Africa.

Due to the highly personalised nature of our custom crochet items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-designed teddies unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or the item received does not match your approved design.

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For more thorough cleaning, hand wash gently in cold water and lay flat to dry. Avoid machine washing or high heat.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey.
