How Your Child Becomes a Designer

Step 1: Design & Order

Your child draws their dream teddy and places an order. Our community creators handcraft it and deliver it to your door.

Step 2: Share with the World

After receiving the teddy, you and your child can choose to list the design in the Galore De Teddies shop. Only their first name and age are shown publicly.

Step 3: Earn Every Time It Sells

Every time another child orders the same design, your little creator earns 15% in royalties. Real money for a real idea.

Privacy & Parental Consent

Your child's privacy matters to us.
  • Only your child's first name and age are ever shown publicly. No surname, photo, or personal contact details.
  • A parent or guardian must tick a consent checkbox to approve listing any design.
  • You can request removal of a design from the shop at any time by contacting us.
  • Children under 18 cannot receive payments directly. All royalties are credited to the parent's or guardian's account.
  • We never share your child's personal details with third parties. See our Privacy Policy and POPI Act Compliance pages.

Design Guidelines

Not every drawing can become a shop listing our community crafters need to be able to produce it safely and consistently. Designs work best when they have:

  • Clear, recognisable shapes (animals, characters, creatures)
  • Distinct colours or colour regions
  • Features that can be reproduced in crochet (no sharp edges, no tiny fragile parts for safety)

If a design isn't quite ready for the shop, we'll contact you with friendly suggestions. We never reject a drawing without explanation.
